bars are forbidden to serve "blacks" For "reasons of safety",

Beijing Olympics 2008: Beijing (AsiaNews/Agencies) -

Bar owners around the Workers' Stadium in downtown Beijing say that public security officials are telling them not to let in "blacks" and Mongolians, and many of them have even had to sign a pledge. The official reason is the fight against drugs and prostitution, dominated in the past by Mongolians and persons of colour.

but wait, [..] Minister of [..] Tourism, got a Pay-to-Play award in China, and spent thousands of taxpayers dollars on trips and plans to set up a Bermuda Tourism office, while he fires dedicated Bermudians at New York's tourism office.

Will Bermuda's Tourism Minister, [..] brown stop by any Beijing bars for a drink ?,or tour Chinese Slave Labour Camps when he sets up the new Bermuda -Chinese tourism office ?

he would never have visited apartheid south Africa - but these are Chinese slaves, not black, so this visit is ok!
