Good piece. Will be anticipating the next few Belco bills to see how they stack up.

I suggest you also look into why BELCO required all customers to have their new meters installed, and than added a monthly $25(?) rental to our bills.

When there is no energy used per month, a bill of at least $30+ arrives, stating clearly Energy USE: 0
Min Charge and Oil Charge = $34?

Only in Bermuda would gov permit this!
