Great presentation Dennis.

I got your first sentence and then the little things going down a hill to the what looks like water.

Maybe one day I'll understand....................

Amazing how all the local blogs are becoming like Vexed. If you don't like the comment you don't post it.

I should just start my own like I have threatened. Your good at what you do Dennis but is it really a one way street?

Denis

Vexed doesn't selectively accept comments, he doesn't accept any at all. The reason being a blog is much easier to manage that way. I turned moderation on for comments because I've been getting far more spam than actual comments of late and I figured it'd be less work to approve the handful of comments than deny the boatloads of spam. Since the very begging I have never unpublished a comment unless it was spam. The only kind of moderation I would do would be to edit a post that made derogatory remarks or personal attacks and I've always aimed to make a note that the comment was edited.

Please do start your own blog and feel welcome to send me trackbacks which I'll accept.

As for comments themselves, this blog very well may go the way of Vexed and Politics.bm and turn them off entirely. The reason being is that it has never been about generating discussion and instead has always been a place for me to air my views and practice my writing. There are many places available for open discussion like the forums, blogs like Catch A Fire, or perhaps even your upcoming one.

Thanks Dennis. I'm thinking about it but want to be inclusive.

As you say, some just want to be basically a lone voice with no interuptions but thats an individual choice. I can assure you that the ones you speak of are more vocal than I. They just hide behind the mask.

Gotta run.........Off to India and Foo Chung, them off to DC and 10 Downey Street ( a little softner you know) then off to Haiti and Cayman then I'll be back to peddle my wares and hope that John Swan will back me and my construction people to pave the old railway tracks and dredge the harbour so we can farm Tilapia.....

No rest for the weary. Don't worry about a budget. If you have no income social services will give you a hand out to get your uncles car re-licenced and Grouper are selling quite well in the Cabinet....

Grouper?.....................lol...................
